By using this website to book service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, do not book service with us.
Booking service online does not guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation. To reserve your cleaning date and time, a hold will be placed on your card 24 hours prior to your cleaning. This hold will be charged after the cleaning is complete. We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. This allows us to secure jobs for our cleaners and find a replacement job if necessary. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a $90 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your cleaning up to 5 times within the 24-hour notice period. More than 5 reschedules will result in a $90 cancellation fee.
We assign cleaning teams based on the size and complexity of the cleaning job. This ensures we can efficiently and thoroughly clean your home. Our teams consist of one or more cleaners, all of whom have undergone rigorous background checks.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, weapons on the premises, excessive clutter, or disconnected utilities. Our employees may leave if the home is unsanitary or if they feel unsafe. If we determine a cleaning is unreasonable, we may refuse service and charge a cancellation fee.
To ensure efficient cleaning, please tidy up the areas to be cleaned, including floors, countertops, and tabletops. If you require additional cleaning services, such as organizing or decluttering, please inform us in advance for an adjusted cleaning fee.
Please provide convenient parking for our service providers. If parking is unavailable, you will be charged a parking fee or the appointment will be considered canceled with a $90 cancellation fee.
Additional services, such as window cleaning, deep cleaning, or pet hair removal, are available for an extra charge.
We will accommodate your pets during the cleaning process. To ensure safety and efficiency, please limit your pet’s indoor activity. If your pet poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to leave your home. If our employees are unable to enter due to an aggressive pet, our cancellation policy will apply.
Our cleaning prices are estimates based on experience. We may adjust the price if the actual cleaning requires additional time. If we cannot reach you to discuss a price adjustment, we will have to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to adjust rates based on the time required to meet your cleaning standards.
Payment must be made by credit card on the day of cleaning.
We do not offer refunds. However, if we make an error, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
We may adjust your cleaning rate due to changes in service frequency, home size, or additional services. Your rate may also increase annually by up to 8%.
Please ensure our service providers have access to your home. If locked out, we will attempt to contact you. Failure to gain entry within the 20 minutes will result in a $90 cancellation fee.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $90 cancellation fee.
If you have a security system, please turn it off or provide us with the code. Any changes to the code must be communicated to us.
If you request to use your vacuum, we are not responsible for any damage or repairs.
We provide cleaning supplies unless you specify the use of eco-friendly products or your own supplies. We are not responsible for damage caused by your cleaning supplies.
We cannot clean mold, hoarding situations, or areas contaminated with bodily fluids. Our employees cannot climb higher than a step stool or move objects over 35 pounds.
We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed valuables. Please inform us of any fragile items.
We schedule cleanings to minimize travel time. While we will try to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. We may have an arrival window of 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We are closed on major holidays. We will reschedule cleanings on holidays or during inclement weather.
To ensure security, we recommend using a lockbox for keys. We are not liable for damages or theft if keys are left in an unsecured location.
Please do not solicit our employees for direct hire.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
